How do I place an order?

Once you've decided a product(s), quantity, size(s) & color(s), just simply click "Buy it Now" button beside the product info and proceed to Checkout.

For multiple product purchase, click the Bag icon at the upper right corner of your screen to proceed to Checkout

What payment methods do you accept?

Homedeur offers several payment options for your convenience. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express cards and Paypal.

I placed an order, but never received a confirmation email.

If you do not receive an email from Homedeur within a few hours of placing your order please check your Spam folder, alternatively the email address on file might be spelled incorrectly.

How do I change or cancel my order?

We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. While we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed you are welcome to return the item to us in accordance with our Easy Returns Policy.

Oops! I was so excited to place my order that I forgot to use my code.

We understand that these things can happen. The good news is that you can use your code for your next order. Orders that have been placed cannot be changed.

What if my credit card is declined?

If your payment does not successfully process or if it is declined when trying to complete your purchase, you will have an opportunity to enter a new card number or alternative form of payment prior to completing your purchase.

Where are your items shipped from?

Orders in our store are shipped from around the world but our main warehouses are in Southeast Asia (Japan, Singapore, Philippines, Malaysia and China). Because our items are stored in several warehouses, your order maybe shipped in separate packages for faster delivery.

How long do I wait until my order is sent out?

Our handling time takes 2-5 business days. This means that your order(s) will generally be sent out within this period.

When will I receive my Items after I place my order?

The duration depends on the shipping method and the destination country. Delays may occur due to holidays and/or any unforeseen events such as flood or typhoon. Please do note as well that custom inspections can be factor during shipment. Our Standard Shipping typically takes 2-6 weeks and depending on how fast customs in your country processes the package.

How do I track my order?

Tracking numbers are included in your shipping confirmation Email. We will also update you about your orders with our tracking service.
