Due to high demand processing and handling may take time, we appreciate your patience. Once shipped tracking number will be provided on the order status page. Handling and processing time is 2-5 days. 

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct.  Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.

When placing your order, please note the following:    

• If you have not received your order within the time frame listed above, then please allow at least 1 week prior to contacting us to check on the status of your shipping.

• As soon as you place your order you will receive an confirmation e-mail for your order. This means that we have received your order in our system and authorized your credit card for the purchase.

• You will receive tracking information by email once your order has shipped.

• Your items may come from different suppliers so they may not arrive together in the same package and on the same day.

    While we will make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, Homedeur reserves the right to require customers to use a “common” shipping and billing address in the event we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided. Additionally, Homedeur reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:

    • An irregular or excessive returns history involving altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
    • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

      Similarly, Homedeur reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
