Homedeur is governed by the following terms of use. Please read through the Terms of Use (TOU) prior to using our Services. By registering to Homedeur, you agree with the set of operating rules, policies and procedures. We have placed several reminders prior to logging in to your account to ensure that you have read through these TOU.

Registration

1. Website Visitors – Visitors are not required to register, they may access the products posted on Homedeur freely. Please take note, however, that they are bound by the Site’s Terms of Use.
2. Registered Users – There are certain features that can only be accessed by registered Users such as Newsletters, Wish List & My Feed. Users must provide their email address upon registration. The Site will be asking for a User Name, First Name, Email and Password. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for the use of your personal information. We reserve the right to reject any registration request at our sole discretion.

Once the registration application is received, we will create the ‘Account’ for you and send a link to the email that you have provided for confirmation. Once complete, you will be able to start using our Services.

As registered Users, you are responsible in maintaining the security of your password and Account. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your Account and other actions taken under it. We encourage our Registered Users to immediately notify Homedeur for any unauthorized use of your Account or any breaches of security. Homedeur will not be liable for any acts or omissions by you, including any damages of any kind incurred as a result of such acts and omission.

As a precaution, we will be limiting Users to one active Account. Any additional Accounts created to circumvent guidelines, promote competitive advantages or mislead our community shall be disabled. Mass Account creation may result in disabling of all the related Accounts.

Homedeur allow Users to sign up using their Facebook account. Once logged in using Facebook, Users acknowledge that they are fully responsible for all activities that occur under this account and any other actions taken in connection with their account. Any unauthorized use shall be immediately notified to Homedeur. We are not liable for any acts on omissions by Users, including any damages of any kind incurred as a result of such omissions.

Disable or Terminate Accounts

Homedeur reserves the right at any time to immediately terminate or suspend an Account or your access to our Site without notice if you breach any of our Terms of Use or violate any law or regulation. Some of this event includes:
1. Providing inaccurate information;
2. Any circumvention of the Homedeur catalogue by you or by others at your direction;
3. Creation and/or management of more than one (1) Account;
4. Any attempt to post or cause another to post a false or inappropriate review to one of the Products;
5. Any attempt to harass, or cause another to harass, or commit inappropriate communications with any of our member.
Homeduer also reserves the right to take any further actions to any breach to our Terms of Use, as deemed necessary. This includes removing any material, which we deem abusive, illegal, disruptive or inappropriate without the obligation to make refunds. Homedeur shall have the sole and absolute discretion to decide whether any breach was done to the TOU and shall be final.

Owner of Content

We do not own any of the products posted in our catalogue. We are affiliated to third parties that operate on their own Terms of Use. The links that are provided are used for reference only and we do not control such sites and we are not responsible for their content. We reserve the right to terminate a link to a third party site at any time. We do not endorse, authorize or sponsor that site.

Changes to the Agreement

Homedeur reserves the right to change any of its Terms of Use without prior notice. We therefore encourage everyone to read through our Terms of Use from time to time.
